Four Year Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a Major in Business Administration

The 4-year Honours is designed for students desiring an intensive course of studies, with an emphasis in the final year on a specific business discipline, as well as students intending to pursue graduate studies.

4th Year

30 credit hours

A limited number of students in each school year are eligible to apply to take a 4th year at either Trinity Western University's School of Business, or the University of Winnipeg’s Business and Administration Department.

To be eligible for consideration for this program, students must achieve an AGPA of at least 3.3 in all Business Administration courses, and an overall AGPA of at least 3.0 in all courses.

In their fourth year, students will focus on a particular area within the field of business. The particular course of studies for the fourth year is determined at the beginning of the third year, in consultation with the student’s Providence Faculty Advisor and the school where the student will be taking their 4th year.

Students who achieve an AGPA of at least 3.3 in all Business courses during their 4th year will be awarded a 4-year Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Administration from Providence College at the end of that fourth year. Students who achieve an AGPA of at least 2.5, but less than 3.3, in all Business courses taken during their 4th year, will be awarded a 4-year Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Providence College at the end of that 4th year.
