A Memorial Fund For Music Education has been established in Dr. Schellenberg's name, a beloved music Professor at Providence who passed away in February 2013. Please follow this link for more information and to contribute.

There are numerous performance opportunities in Music  and Theatre open to all students at Providence University College.  These opportunities are managed by the Music Department and the Theatre Department.  Both areas have large and small performance groups some of which are audition-based, and some which are classroom-based. All these ensembles perform at the college and some participate in tours that perform in various venues across Canada, the USA and the United Kingdom.

If you are interested in taking music lessons or theatre classes, without academic credit, Providence now offers individual lessons and group classes to children, teens and adults through the new Providence Performing Arts School.
