The City Harmonic to perform at Providence
2016-07-12

Providence is excited to announce that The City Harmonic will perform a free concert at the Otterburne campus on Friday, September 2.

As part of the institution’s Welcome Week festivities, the Juno Award-winning band will help celebrate not only the start of the 2016-17 school year but also the development of modern Business and Science facilities, the new Welcome Centre and an enclosed, landscaped courtyard, among other projects.

All students, staff and faculty are invited to attend, and further ticketing information will be made available in the weeks leading up to Welcome Week, which begins Thursday, September 1.

Formed in 2009, The City Harmonic has released three full-length albums and an introductory EP. In 2013 their album I Have a Dream (It Feels Like Home) won the Juno Award for Contemporary Christian and Gospel Album of the Year. They have also won nine GMA Covenant Awards and their single “Manifesto” has received more than three million views on You Tube.
