Book of Isaiah and Gospel of Mark highlight spring Seminary session
Providence is committed to providing the very best in online and modular education and in May 2016 will offer two courses through the Seminary: The Book of Isaiah and The Gospel of Mark.
Beginning with online studies on May 2 and continuing through a May 24-27 on-campus module, The Book of Isaiah will be presented by Dr. Mark Boda of McMaster Divinity College.
Dr. Boda, Professor of Old Testament at McMaster, is an ordained minister and prolific author and designs his courses to deliver an integrated experience of heart, mind, and action.
The Gospel of Mark, to be taught by Dr. Ed Neufeld, is an on-campus module running May 9-13.
Dr. Neufeld, Professor of Biblical Studies at Providence, is also a local pastor and his recent research into servant-discipleship will provide deep contexts for the Gospel of Mark.
