PLEASE NOTE: The application processing may take between one and six months, depending on the diligence of the applicant in completing their file, as well as sending necessary fees. Applications for the Fall Semester (September to December) should be completed by June 1, and applications for the Winter Semester (January to April) should be completed by October 1 (the previous year).  Some Canadian Visa Offices abroad will have deadlines even earlier than these dates.  Due to varying processing times with the different Canadian Visa Offices around the world, applications from the Republic of Korea and Hong Kong may be accepted after these deadlines.  For more information about the average processing times for Study Permits at Embassies and High Commisions around the world, please see the CIC Website.

Feel free to email Providence throughout the processing period.
