Enrollment Officer

The Enrollment Management Department invites applications for the position of Enrollment Officer. Candidates with a strong Christian value system and lifestyle, and a commitment to Christ-centered University education are encouraged to apply.   

The Enrollment Officer position is a full-time, 12-month position.  The Enrollment Officer plays an active and important part in the work of the Enrollment Management Office as the primary contact between the future student and the institution throughout the application process.

Applicants should have a commitment to Christian higher education; have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, customer service attitude, team-player attitude, strong organizational and detail management skills, and a high degree of personal initiative. Must be prepared to organize own schedule and work independently.  They should also be familiar with the programs of Providence University College, Mile Two Discipleship School, and Providence Theological Seminary.

 Counselling Faculty Position

Providence Theological Seminary wishes to welcome to our faculty a creative and productive scholar-teacher for our Counselling Psychology Department. The individual will have completed an earned doctorate in a counselling related discipline, or committed to pursuing a doctoral degree. The position is full-time and rank open. Rank and salary will be determined by qualifications and experience. Teaching experience and counselling credentials are required for this position. Responsibilities will include, academic and clinical teaching and advising students in the counselling programs. The candidate will also contribute research and scholarship, service to the school, service to their profession, religious communities, and other contexts.

 Director of Distance Education Learning

 

Providence Theological Seminary wishes to welcome to our faculty an energetic, forward-looking and engaging leader who will transform how Providence uses and supports distance education to further advance excellence in learning, teaching and scholarship. The position carries primarily organizational and administrative responsibilities in direct support of the academic mission, with some expectations for teaching and/or research. As an Academic Administrator and full member of the seminary faculty, the Director of Distance Education Learning requires qualifications similar to or greater than what is normally required for a regular academic appointment including an earned graduate degree (minimum MA; Doctorate preferred). Rank and salary will be determined by qualifications and experience. The candidate will also provide service to the school, to religious communities and other contexts.
