Growing up playing futsal, street soccer, and club soccer in Chile, Passi debuted at Providence in 2006 and over three seasons won numerous awards, including the 2007 Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference (MCAC) Most Valuable Player accolade and National Christian College Athletic Conference (NCCAA) All-Region designations for 2006, 2007, and 2008.
In 2009 he transferred to Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C., where he met his wife, Kristin, completed a Business Administration degree, and continued to play soccer.
Passi has his Provincial-B coaching license and is certified in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America’s Attacking and Defending Principles classifications. He also holds youth coaching certificates for the U5-U10 categories and has coached for five years at the U12, U14, U15, and U16 levels for the Langley United Youth Soccer Association.
